Guideline for Pet

∙ Accompaniment is based on 1 dog weighing less than 10kg, and a maximum of 2 can be accommodated.

∙ 100,000 won will be charged for each additional dog. (including VAT)

∙ When moving in public areas, it is mandatory to wear a leash in accordance with the Animal Protection Act, and the leash length is limited to 1.5m.

∙ Areas where dogs are allowed: Some public areas (Lobby Floor, Outdoor Garden))

∙ You cannot leave your dog alone in the room.

Guideline

∙ Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

∙ The fee for staying with one pet is free, and it is 100,000 won per additional pet. (10% VAT excluded)

∙ Free cancellation is available 7 days before check-in at 18:00.

  A 10% penalty of the initial one-night charge will be charged when cancellations and changes made from 7 days before check-in at 18:00 to 5 days
  before check-in at 18:00.

  A 30% penalty of the initial one-night charge will be charged when cancellations and changes made from 5 days before check-in at 18:00 to 3 days
  before check-in at 18:00.

  A 50% penalty of the initial one-night charge will be charged when cancellations and changes made from 3 days before check-in at 18:00 to 2 days
  before check-in at 18:00.

  A 70% penalty of the initial one-night charge will be charged when cancellations and changes made from 2 days before check-in at 18:00 to 1 days
  before check-in at 18:00.

  When cancellations and changes are made 1 day before check-in at 18:00 or NO-SHOW, there will be 100% cancellation charge.

∙This room is for two adults. If the number of people exceeds, we will charge an additional personnel fee.

  - The additional personnel fee is 20,000KRW per person over 48 months. (Inclusive of 10% VAT)

  - An additional fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged for an additional bedding set (downing, pillow, and mattress).

  - Up to 3 adults per room, and up to 2 adults and 2 children in the case of being with children. (Children: 48 months to 12 years old)

∙ Suppose the hotel cannot operate normally due to force majeure situations such as climate change or natural disasters.
In that case, we may cancel the reservation or restrict the use of the hotel business due to the hotel's notice via cell phone text, website, etc.

∙ Smoking is prohibited in all areas of CORALLO BY JOSUN, including rooms and business areas.

∙ Disposable toothbrush sets and razors are not available in the room as part of the eco-friendly policy.

∙ Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas of the hotel without a password.

∙ CCTVs are installed throughout the hotel and operate 24 hours for your safety.

∙ Filming for commercial purposes in the hotel space is only conducted as a rental contract.
We can inform you that we can request the suspension of publication
   if you use the landscape of the hotel for commercial purposes that have not been discussed in advance.

∙ We will charge repair costs in case of damage caused by taping to attach stickers and party supplies
   in the room or damage to the equipment caused by customers' carelessness.
